Peer Review Policy

JPHD follows a single-blind peer-review process.

All submitted manuscripts undergo:

• Initial editorial screening
• Assessment for scope and scientific quality
• Independent peer review by at least two expert reviewers

Reviewer and author identities remain confidential throughout the review process.

Editorial decisions may include:

• Accept
• Minor Revision
• Major Revision
• Reject with Resubmission Option
• or Reject

The Editor-in-Chief retains final editorial authority.
